THOUGHTFULLY MADE
Snug for them, simple for you
Every detail is there so your pet feels secure and you can get on with your day.
Head out, fresh air
The face opening keeps their head outside the fabric, so they breathe easy and can keep an eye on you.
Supported from below
The pouch holds their whole body, not just their front paws. Nothing dangles, nothing pinches.
They decide when to go
A soft, stretchy opening means they can hop out whenever they've had enough cuddles.
Snug season, in pictures
Reindeer, Snowman or Penguin: pick the character your pet becomes.

Questions? We've got you
Is it safe for my pet?
The pouch supports your pet's whole body from underneath, and their head stays outside the fabric through the face opening, so they can breathe freely and see you. The opening is soft and stretchy, so they can climb out whenever they want. Always stay with your pet while they're in the pouch.
Which pets fit in the pouch?
Cats and small dogs up to about 20 lb (9 kg). Chihuahuas, Yorkies, Pomeranians, Maltese, Shih Tzus, small Frenchies and most house cats fit well. If your pet is close to the limit, choose a larger hoodie size for a roomier pouch.
How do I pick my size?
Sizes are for you, the wearer, in standard adult sizing from XXS to XXL. Open the size chart next to the price for chest, length and sleeve measurements. If you're between sizes, size up.
Can I change my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped. Email us as soon as you can with your order number and the change you need, and we'll update it.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 2 business days and usually arrive 5–10 business days after that. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Shipping is free on every order.
How do I wash it?
Turn it inside out and machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, then hang to dry. Don't bleach or iron the character print.
What if it doesn't work out?
You're covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. Email us and we'll walk you through the return and refund you in full.
